What exactly do I receive?
For each tool: a blank Excel workbook (.xlsx) for your own organisation, a filled-in example of a fictional company so you can see a finished result first, and a quick-start guide (PDF). The assessment also includes the AI Prompt Pack (PDF, English and Dutch). You download everything straight after payment.
Which version of Excel do I need?
Microsoft Excel 2019, 2021 or Microsoft 365, on Windows or Mac. The files use no macros, so they open without security warnings.
Is my data shared with anyone?
No. Everything is calculated inside your own Excel file on your own computer. Nothing is uploaded.
Who is it for?
Procurement managers, buyers and finance or operations leaders in mid-sized companies, typically 100 to 500 employees, who want a clear picture without a consultancy project.
Can I adapt it to my company?
Yes. Weights, targets, maturity bands, recommendation rules and KPI thresholds are all set in a configuration tab. Formulas are protected, so changing settings will not break anything.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are downloaded instantly, digital downloads cannot be returned once downloaded. If a file does not work in a supported Excel version, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
